What we collect
When you order: your name, mobile number, city and address, plus your email and a note if you add them, and the items and total of your order.
How we use it
Only to deliver your order and contact you about it. We don’t send marketing, and we never sell your details.
Who sees it
Our team, the delivery company that brings your order, and the service providers that host and protect our website. Your details may be stored on servers outside Jordan.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your order. After that, we remove your personal details and keep only the order totals. Backup copies are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. DM us on Instagram with your order number.
Other websites
We’re not responsible for how other websites we link to, such as Instagram, handle your information.
